In the United States created a synthetic substitute for chicken eggs

San Francisco startups called JUST Inc have created a scrambled chicken egg substitute naming it Just Egg. Earlier, in 2013, the inventors managed to create a powdered egg additive Beyond Eggs. The patent for innovation belongs to Josh Balk and Joshua Tetrik. They began their journey of creating synthetic eggs back in 2011, in California.

This innovation has already begun to conquer the open spaces of the Internet and the taste preferences of people. Synthetic eggs have already entered the diet of the vegetarian community. They believe that the "synthetics" is similar to the usual egg, perhaps even more useful. An artificially bred egg, behind a protein and chemical warehouse, is practically the same as usual; there is simply no cholesterol in the first one.

Scientists are currently working on cultivated chicken meat derived from chicken feather cages grown in a laboratory. In the future, it will give people the opportunity to get food and at the same time do without killing animals.

At the moment, the poultry farmers in Europe are worried that all their efforts may be in vain, and the company's executive director, Joshua Tetrik, calls the creation of a fundamentally new food system as the JUST mission. In his opinion, such studies will force out ordinary poultry farming.
