Dairy plant "Galaxy", located in Gatchina, recently held a meeting of the Council of Heads of Administrations of Cities and Villages of the Leningrad Region and presented an innovative system for monitoring dairy products. The name of this system is concise and sonorous - "Check!"
According to the developers of the system, the Russians have not yet seen this and are now able to monitor all levels of production of milk and dairy products. Starting from the farm and ending with the layout on the shelves.
“This is an incredibly important project,” said Elena Lyubushkina, who is in charge of the administration of the Gatchina district. “Innovative technologies will allow us to solve pressing and topical issues. Related to gastronomic security!”
The project was approved by the Government of the Leningrad Region and specialists of the Rosselkhoznadzor. The base of this system is the blockchain technology, which involves the application of a QR code on the packaging of dairy products and the possibility of subsequent reading of information about the product through a special program on a tablet or phone.
"The buyer, having considered the code, goes to the site where there is comprehensive information about the product, its manufacturer, production conditions, etc., - the developers assure. - Moreover, users will be able to follow their own eyes in real time what is happening at the enterprise where milk is produced! "
