This was announced by Andrei Knorr, deputy for agro-industrial policy and environmental management. He also said that last year, Tomsk Oblast exported about 36.7 thousand tons of products and foodstuffs worth about $ 20.1 million.
According to analysts, in 2018 Tomsk Oblast became the first Siberian region where networks of organic products were introduced. These products have already begun to be used by the residents of the EU. By 2030, the list of exported products, in addition to food products such as milk, poultry, pork and rapeseed, should also include peat products, materials for planting and highly productive pedigree cattle.
