Agrarian from Ingushetia grows exotic cultures for the region - peanuts and dates

Magomed Kodzoev still engaged in such activities in 2004. By his example, he showed that the cultivation of such exotic crops for this region was crowned with success.

The idea for the future business was born by chance, when he cultivated raspberries and strawberries on unsuitable land for cultivation, and at the same time planted his first date tree. Having a good harvest of dates, Kodzoev decided to grow exotic crops.

Currently, Kodzoev has about 17.5 hectares of land, which is planted with date trees, Hungarian peaches and peanuts. Products are sold immediately from the ground, and now, greenhouses are being built for year-round cultivation of exotic crops. According to the farmer, such an experiment in cultivation will help increase the yield capacity of Ingushetia, develop the potential of farmers and their desire for experimentation.
